🏨 Cancellation Policy

For Bookings With Fewer Than 10 Room-Nights:

  • Cancellation charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned in your booking voucher or booking confirmation email.

  • Please refer to your specific booking details for applicable charges.


🏨 TRPOTELS Cancellation Policy (for 10 or More Room-Nights)


  1. 1.    If a booking consists of 10 or more room-nights, the cancellation charges will apply as per the following guidelines:
  2. 2.    If the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date, there will be no cancellation charges. The guest will be eligible for           a full refund.
  3. 3.    If the cancellation is made within 0 to 7 days before the check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged.
  4. 4.    In case of a No Show (i.e., the guest fails to check-in without informing or cancelling), the entire booking amount will be charged as the               cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.

❗ No Show Policy

  • If the guest fails to check-in without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a "No Show".

  • In such cases, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be applicable in case of no-show.


💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving a valid cancellation request.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • In case of any delay, please contact our support team with your booking ID.


🔄 Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of booking.

  • TRPOTELS will not be responsible for delays caused by bank/payment gateways.
