🏨 Cancellation Policy

For Bookings With Fewer Than 10 Room-Nights:

Cancellation charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned in your booking voucher or booking confirmation email.
Please refer to your specific booking details for applicable charges.

🏨 TRPOTELS Cancellation Policy (for 10 or More Room-Nights)

1. If a booking consists of 10 or more room-nights, the cancellation charges will apply as per the following guidelines:
2. If the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date, there will be no cancellation charges. The guest will be eligible for a full refund.
3. If the cancellation is made within 0 to 7 days before the check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged.
4. In case of a No Show (i.e., the guest fails to check-in without informing or cancelling), the entire booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.

❗ No Show Policy

If the guest fails to check-in without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a "No Show".
In such cases, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
No refunds will be applicable in case of no-show.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving a valid cancellation request.
The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
In case of any delay, please contact our support team with your booking ID.

🔄 Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of booking.
TRPOTELS will not be responsible for delays caused by bank/payment gateways.
