These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by TRPOTELS, a trade name operated by TRP HOTELS & RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India (hereinafter referred to as "TRPOTELS", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform or services.

1. Legal Agreement

This is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and TRPOTELS. Your use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the Terms, which are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

TRPOTELS is a hotel booking platform enabling users to book rooms at partner hotels and properties across India. We operate as an intermediary between users and hotels.

3. Eligibility

Only individuals who are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law may use our services.
Accounts found to be used by minors or unauthorized users may be terminated.

4. Services

TRPOTELS provides users with the ability to:

Search and book hotel rooms online.
Access exclusive offers and deals.
Manage their bookings via the website or app.

TRPOTELS does not own or directly operate the listed hotels. Each hotel is independently owned and managed by third-party partners.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Refrain from violating any laws or third-party rights.
Use the services for lawful and legitimate purposes only.
Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6. Booking & Check-in Policies

Check-in Age: Minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
Valid ID Required: Government-issued photo identification (Aadhar, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID) is mandatory. PAN cards are not accepted.
Local ID Policy: Hotels may deny check-in to guests with local ID proofs, as per individual hotel policy. TRPOTELS is not responsible for such denials.
Couple Policy: Accommodation may be denied if couples fail to produce valid ID. This is solely at the discretion of the hotel.
Extra Charges: Charges for extra services like meals, laundry, or room service are payable directly at the hotel.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Please read it carefully before making a booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the timelines mentioned in the policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data, is the intellectual property of TRPOTELS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TRPOTELS acts solely as an intermediary between users and hotels. We are not liable for:

Service quality or conduct of partner hotels.
Any physical, material, or personal loss, damage, or injury at hotel premises.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

In any case, TRPOTELS' maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the booking in question.

10. Privacy & Communication

By using the platform, you consent to receive communication via email, SMS, or other electronic means. Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or third-party rights.
Use the platform for fraud or illegal activities.
Transmit harmful or malicious software.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
Attempt to breach platform security or data.

12. Suspension & Termination

TRPOTELS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform without notice if you:

Violate these Terms.
Engage in unlawful or abusive behavior.
Are inactive for extended periods.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRPOTELS, its employees, affiliates, and partners against any losses, damages, claims, or legal costs arising from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.

15. Miscellaneous

No Third-Party Rights: These Terms are for your benefit only.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy and Cancellation Policies, represent the entire agreement between you and TRPOTELS.
